Phil Jackson is a full member of The Guild of Aviation Artist’s and regional organiser of the East Anglian art activities, he has exhibited his popular aviation paintings in the Mall Galleries for a number of years with the guild, his awards include The Bonham Trophy in 2007, The Frank Wootton award in 2009, other awards include the Tony Harold Memorial Picture for Aero artistic and literary ability presented to him by The Vintage Aircraft Club in 2021, The Certificate of Appreciation for recognition of help and support for sporting aviation presented to him by the Royal Aero Club in 2022.
